About the role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to supervise daily production in our food/supplement manufacturing environment. The role ensures targets, quality standards and safety procedures are met while supporting a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production to meet targets, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Plan production schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure required materials are available for production.
• Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager.
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff.

Required profile

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
