리츠칼튼 호텔의 주방에서 Cook IV로서 식재료 준비, 조리 및 서비스 제공을 담당합니다. 고객에게 고품질의 식사를 제공하기 위해 팀과 협업합니다.
주요 업무
- 신선한 과일·채소 세척·껍질 제거 및 재료 계량·혼합
- 레시피와 품질·프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 준비 및 조리
- 오븐·스토브·그릴·전자레인지·튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
- 조리 과정 중 음식 온도·숙성 확인 및 품질 모니터링
- 조리 후 음식 포장·배치·제공 및 작업 공간 정리·소독
지원 자격
- 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
- 주방 업무 1년 이상 실무 경험
- 식품 안전 및 위생 규정 준수 의지
필수 역량
- 다양한 주방 기기 사용 능력
- 정확한 계량·측정 및 레시피 준수
- 청결 유지 및 위생 관리
- 팀 협업 및 의사소통 능력
