Cook – Hospitality Team

About the role

Schulte Hopsitality Group is looking for a dynamic, service‑oriented Cook to join its hospitality team. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets while upholding the company’s high standards of hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Organize and keep storage areas clean and properly stocked.
• Handle and store all food items safely at the end of each shift.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Prepare food according to specifications for various meals and events.
• Maintain product pars and orderly storage areas.
• Collaborate with the manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar cooking role required.
• Ability to learn and apply basic sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts.
• Strong multitasking ability and a team‑player mindset.
