Controlling Business Analyst (Maternity Leave)

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling Business Analyst to cover a maternity‑leave period within our Automotive Electronics division. The role will support budgeting, cost analysis and financial reporting for the TNS/PCOS processes, ensuring compliance with internal targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse TNS/PCOS data to guarantee adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Analyse financial data and produce accurate reports on overhead costs, variances and performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
• Execute period‑end closing activities in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP R/3 (experience with S/4HANA is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query (nice to have).
