Claims Management Specialist - French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Management Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Order to Cash team in Braga. The role involves analysing and resolving customer claims and deductions, ensuring accurate financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, assign and categorize all customer claims and deductions submitted internally or externally.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardise processes across the markets covered.
• Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, presenting results during Daily Operational Reviews.
• Track KPI trends, conduct root‑cause analysis of errors and implement problem‑solving actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of basic finance terminology and debit/credit accounting rules.
• Fluent French and advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
