Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to join our successful industrial company in Carregado. The role focuses on processing and analysing economic and operational data to support cost control, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of business results.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse control reports and factory performance indicator reports.
• Plan, monitor and update the annual budget and forecasts.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and monitor investment projects.
• Maintain and control records of tangible fixed assets.
• Monitor and analyse inventory processes.
• Perform detailed cost analysis by department and manage the product costing process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or a related field.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, organised with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules (preferred).
