R2P Team Leader (Accounts Payable)

About the role

Join ALEBS, the global business services hub of Air Liquide, as a R2P Team Leader. You will lead a high‑performing accounts‑payable team, ensuring cost‑effective operations, compliance and continuous improvement across invoice processing, payments and expense controls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise invoice booking, supplier queries and regular/urgent payments to meet SLA targets.
• Coordinate month‑end accounts‑payable activities, procurement and internal‑control interactions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage KPI monitoring, resource allocation and escalation handling for the country.
• Drive team performance, conduct appraisals, develop individual development plans and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics (preferred).
• 6‑8 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Previous experience in team management, coordination or supervision.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and related automation tools.
• Knowledge of OCR and invoice‑scanning technologies.
