Energy and Business Analyst

About the role

Join the SEGE Finance & Solutions team in Lisbon to drive agile, strategic initiatives that unlock value from energy data. You will work closely with front‑office, supply‑chain, business administration and energy‑management experts.

Key responsibilities

• Model and configure energy sourcing and sales contracts in ETRM tools and analyse energy prices and performance.
• Execute month‑end energy cost and revenue calculations, control prices, settle transactions and analyse P&L deviations.
• Prepare energy price guidance for target and reforecast processes and support group financial reporting.
• Participate in REMIT reporting, develop new controlling processes and contribute to IT‑tool optimisation projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Business & Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in energy controlling or middle‑office roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, high adaptability and proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and LIBS financial tools.
