Contract Management Specialist

About the role

Sonae Sierra is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its Lisbon office. You will support the real‑estate portfolio by handling invoicing, tenant collections, and lease data administration, ensuring accurate financial flows and compliance with contractual terms.

Key responsibilities

• Issue periodic and ad‑hoc invoices (rent, service charges, indexation, fit‑out contributions) and attach supporting documentation.
• Contact tenants to collect overdue amounts, provide balance details, and send dunning letters.
• Support legal and property‑management teams with tenant account information, guarantees, and data required for legal actions.
• Analyse overdue balances, generate reports, and identify collection obstacles.
• Read and interpret lease agreements, entering contract details into SAP Real Estate.
• Upload and maintain lease warranty information in SAP.
• Produce rent‑roll reports for managed properties and address queries from asset managers or interim parties.

Required profile

• Ability to read and understand contractual language with legal terminology.
• Experience in property management, particularly tenant‑account administration.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Highly accurate, organized, and analytically minded.
• Professional, open, and goal‑focused attitude when interacting with tenants.
