Content Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Content Marketing Manager at Air Apps you will shape and execute a content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader in AI‑driven personal and entrepreneurial resource planning. You will create high‑quality, data‑driven content that educates, engages and converts our global audience while working in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Write, edit and manage blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and product teams to produce compelling content assets.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication and audience engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimise content for lead generation and conversions.
• Craft brand messaging and storytelling that resonates with users.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor content and best practices to refine strategy.
• Partner with guest bloggers, influencers and external writers to expand reach.

Required profile

• Approximately 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or editorial roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of brand voice.
• Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.
• Solid understanding of digital, inbound marketing and content distribution.
• Ability to analyse content metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote‑first setting.
• Portfolio showcasing published blog posts, whitepapers or case studies.
