About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will use your expert writing and editing skills to guide AI models, assess their outputs, and help improve their performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, logic and performance.
- Measure progress of AI models and report findings.
- Identify and solve problems to improve model quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism or a related field (preferred).
- Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
Required skills
- Strong writing, editing and content development abilities.
What we offer
