Content Manager

About the role

The Content Manager will lead SHASHA’s global content strategy, shaping the brand voice and ensuring editorial coherence across all digital and offline channels. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines storytelling with scientific accuracy to position SHASHA as the reference in longevity, health optimisation and integrative wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the global content strategy, editorial calendar and content architecture.
• Maintain consistency and quality across social media, website, newsletters, CRM, PR materials, brand campaigns and on‑property collateral.
• Own and protect the SHASHA tone of voice throughout the organisation.
• Lead internal and external writers, editors and creators, coordinating with Brand, Digital, Medical, Product and PR teams.
• Produce and edit high‑impact content in English and Spanish for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, campaigns, magazines and on‑property materials.
• Translate complex medical and scientific concepts into accessible narratives and develop thought‑leadership pieces for experts and advisory committees.
• Create editorial frameworks for new programmes, destinations and strategic initiatives, continuously refining guidelines and playbooks.

Required profile

• 7+ years in content leadership, editorial direction or brand storytelling within wellness, preventive health, longevity, luxury hospitality or science‑driven brands.
• Proven track record delivering content for a tier‑one health or wellbeing brand.
• Deep understanding of longevity science, proactive health and integrative medicine.
• Fully bilingual English–Spanish with native‑level writing and editing abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment.
