Content Designer – UX & Marketing Copywriter

About the role

The Experience Design team at TransPerfect is looking for a Content Designer to craft clear, engaging copy for both product interfaces and marketing channels. Based in Lisbon, you will blend marketing expertise with UX writing to shape the voice of our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit copy for digital products, micro‑copy, marketing materials, case studies and sales collateral.
• Develop and maintain content style guides, ensuring tone and consistency across user flows.
• Use data, user feedback and SEO best practices to optimise content performance.
• Conduct content audits, participate in user research and apply insights to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, consulting and marketing teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in content creation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation for marketing and digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing copy and UX writing.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in English.
• Experience applying data‑driven content strategies.
