Consumer Engagement Services Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Consumer Engagement Services Advisor to join Nestlé Business Solutions remotely from Portugal. In this position you will assist Nestlé consumers via phone, email and chat, helping them resolve product‑related questions and guiding them through features.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries across phone, email and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions and walk users through product functionalities.
• Document consumer requests and feedback in internal databases and knowledge‑base articles.
• Share feature requests and workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
• Inform customers about new features, campaigns and updates.
• Handle serious or sensitive contacts according to Nestlé CES guidelines.
• Redirect queries to appropriate teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
