Consumer Engagement Services Advisor (French) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Consumer Engagement Services Advisor to join Nestlé Business Solutions remotely from Portugal. In this role you will be the first point of contact for consumers using Nestlé’s products and digital services, helping them resolve issues and discover new features through phone, email, chat and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to consumer inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media channels.
• Identify customer needs, guide them through product features and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Document consumer requests and feedback in internal databases and contribute to FAQ and knowledge‑base articles.
• Communicate new product features, campaigns and updates to consumers.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases following Nestlé’s Consumer Complaint handling standards.
• Redirect queries to relevant internal stakeholders when necessary.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt tone to different brands.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
