Consumer Competitions Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Bauer Media Audio Portugal’s Consumer Competitions team to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of exciting contests that engage millions of listeners across popular radio brands. You will shape acquisition, engagement and retention strategies while collaborating with programming, production, digital, finance and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle and performance of consumer competitions.
• Create and optimise customer acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns across digital, SMS, social and web channels.
• Lead outbound marketing initiatives, especially SMS‑based outreach.
• Develop creative campaign concepts and compelling content.
• Oversee CRM, customer segmentation and lifecycle‑marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign metrics, identify optimisation opportunities and implement continuous improvements.
• Support the design of new promotional concepts and audience‑engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C CRM, customer acquisition, engagement or retention marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work independently.
