Consultant - Onsite Deployment Unit

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Consultant for its Onsite Deployment Unit. The role supports clients' commercial decisions by developing forecasting models, generating business insights and turning complex analyses into clear recommendations. It combines advanced analytics, client-facing consulting and business development exposure within an international healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain commercial forecasting models and forecast processes for pharmaceutical products and portfolios
• Review forecast assumptions, identify business drivers, risks and opportunities, and run scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Partner with commercial, finance and cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate forecast review discussions
• Translate quantitative analyses into recommendations and present forecasts, assumptions and implications to business leaders
• Act as an embedded consultant in client organisations, supporting planning cycles and business reviews
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality results
• Support proposal development, client pitches and business development, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, forecasting, analytics, market research, commercial excellence, business intelligence, finance, life sciences or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with quantitative data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage several priorities at once
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel at short notice; deployments can be anywhere in Europe, with occasional on-site presence

• Forecasting, financial modelling, business intelligence or analytical tools
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau or similar is an advantage
