Conseiller clientèle francophone – Location de voitures

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join a leading European car‑rental brand in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with reservations, answering questions and ensuring a smooth rental experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and messaging in French and English.
• Provide accurate information on car‑rental options, pricing, policies and reservation procedures.
• Identify upselling opportunities and suggest additional services that meet customer needs.
• Resolve conflicts and complaints promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native French speaker or C2‑level proficiency.
• Minimum B2 level in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (preferred).
• Strong sales orientation and ability to spot business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
