Connector Manager

About the role

The Connector Manager (Community Manager) leads Sheraton’s public‑space experience in Lisbon, ensuring guests have productive work environments, seamless technology support, and access to food‑and‑beverage services. The role acts as the primary host for the lobby area, fostering a sense of community and linking guests with local partners and events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sheraton public space, including the Community Table, Studios, Booths and Coffee Bar&More.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide tech support, workspace reservations, and F&B service for guests.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organize lobby events that promote guest learning and networking.
• Monitor and achieve public‑space performance goals, ensuring quality standards and financial targets are met.
• Enhance guest productivity by managing meeting spaces, business services, and a conducive atmosphere.
• Handle ad‑hoc guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, sales, marketing or related fields; OR
• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
