Restaurant Server – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in Lisbon. In this full‑time position you will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer guest questions about menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, wait times, and special requests.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and other service items throughout the shift.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking, turning off lights, and presenting accurate checks for payment.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
