Conceptual Art Director – Digital Campaigns

About the role

Superside is seeking a talented Conceptual Art Director with a passion for generative AI to lead bold, high‑performing digital campaigns for top global brands. You will collaborate with copywriters, strategists and other creatives to turn big ideas into compelling visual experiences across social, web, video and more.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop concept‑driven campaigns for digital‑first channels and occasional ATL media.
• Lead art direction from ideation through final execution, including video concepts.
• Create or guide the production of digital assets, mood boards, layouts and visual frameworks.
• Integrate AI‑assisted assets while preserving brand integrity and emotional impact.
• Build and present creative decks that clearly communicate concepts and strategy to clients.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Project Managers and remote teams across time zones.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, on budget and to high quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in concept‑driven roles within agencies or fast‑paced in‑house teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept‑first thinking and excellent art direction on digital platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Growth mindset, curiosity about new tools and trends.
