Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead AI Generative Designer to drive the creation of high‑quality, realistic visual content at scale. Based in Portugal and working fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end quality of AI‑generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Create realistic, visually appealing images of models, avatars and other subjects.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines.
• Design, maintain and automate ComfyUI workflows for repeatable image generation.
• Integrate APIs, n8n, scripts and AI‑assisted coding to reduce manual effort.
• Increase production volume while preserving visual standards.
• Define technical direction, align content streams and establish best‑practice processes.
• Research, evaluate and experiment with emerging generative‑AI models and tools.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing visual content with generative AI technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and scale visual production systems.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, international team.
