Community Manager – Sheraton Public Spaces

About the role

The Community Manager is the primary orchestrator of Sheraton’s public spaces in Lisbon, creating an environment where guests can work, connect and feel part of a community. Reporting to hotel leadership, the role ensures that the Community Table, Studios, Booths and Coffee Bar&More operate smoothly and deliver the distinctive Sheraton experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all branded public‑space areas, maintaining quality standards and brand consistency.
• Facilitate guest productivity by providing meeting spaces, business services and technical support.
• Coordinate food‑and‑beverage service and respond to ad‑hoc guest requests through cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organise lobby events that promote learning and networking.
• Drive profitability of the public‑space portfolio by monitoring revenue, controlling costs and implementing promotional initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and adjust operations to meet financial and service targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, sales or marketing, or a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple stakeholder relationships and deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer‑centric mindset aligned with Sheraton’s community values.
