Community Manager – Public Spaces

About the role

The Community Manager is the primary host of Sheraton’s public spaces, creating an environment that supports guest productivity, connectivity and a sense of community. Reporting to hotel leadership, you will oversee the Community Table, Studios, Booths and Coffee Bar&More, ensuring seamless service and memorable experiences for business‑travel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and maintain branded public‑space proof points, guaranteeing quality standards daily.
• Coordinate with tech support, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest work‑space, connectivity and service requests.
• Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses and organize lobby events that promote learning and networking.
• Drive profitability of the public‑space area through effective resource planning and cost control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the Sheraton experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, sales or marketing, or a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage public‑space operations and deliver high‑quality guest service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a community‑focused mindset.
