Communications Specialist – English Speaker

About the role

Join Siemens Global Business Services as a Communications Specialist focused on English‑language internal communication. You will help shape clear, engaging messages that connect employees across the IT unit, fostering collaboration and a strong community.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication activities across IT services, initiatives, and stakeholder groups.
• Work with service owners, managers, leaders, and subject‑matter experts to develop clear, audience‑focused messages.
• Gather communication needs, align topics, and refine content for consistency and impact.
• Plan and execute engagement formats such as All‑Hands meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions, leadership updates, and community initiatives.
• Support speakers and presenters in storytelling, structure, and audience engagement.
• Create and publish newsletters, articles, campaigns, organizational updates, social‑media posts, SharePoint pages, and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, video concepts, graphic design, and visual assets.
• Build strong relationships to promote transparency, collaboration, and engagement across the IT unit.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management, project communications, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint for content publishing.
• Experience using AI content‑creation tools for text, video, and graphic assets.
