Communication Trainee – IT & Information Security

About the role

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for impactful messaging? We're looking for a motivated and proactive trainee to support communications activities across IT and Information Security. As a Communication Trainee, you’ll gain valuable experience at the intersection of technology and communication in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication assets such as articles, email content, presentations, videos, and SharePoint pages to ensure clear and impactful messaging.
• Simplify complex topics by gathering and reviewing inputs from multiple sources, transforming them into accessible and engaging communications.
• Manage communication channels and tools, including distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and the Nokia Identity Management System.
• Plan and facilitate engagement activities, such as information sessions, stakeholder interactions, and awareness initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report on communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design clear, impactful, and visually compelling presentations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience gained through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
