Communications Specialist – Data‑Driven Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Communication & Data team. This position sits at the crossroads of corporate communication and data‑driven decision‑making, helping the organization improve internal and external stakeholder engagement through insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of corporate communication strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with communication teams to boost stakeholder engagement across multiple channels.
• Monitor and evaluate communication campaigns, content performance, and channel effectiveness.
• Analyze communication metrics, KPIs, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for internal stakeholders.
• Translate data and results into clear stories and actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work closely with Corporate Affairs, Brand, Digital Communication, and other business functions to promote a data‑informed culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in communication, corporate affairs, public relations, brand communication, or communication analytics.
• Strong understanding of corporate communication principles and stakeholder engagement.
