Communication Consultant

About the role

SOAP helps organisations turn complex ideas into clear, purposeful communication. As a Communication Consultant you will work at the intersection of business strategy, storytelling and visual design, partnering with national and international clients to create compelling presentations, executive communications and other strategic assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients, acting as the trusted main point of contact.
• Lead projects across corporate presentations, sales pitches, events and other strategic communication needs.
• Translate client objectives and stakeholder requirements into clear briefs for internal creative teams.
• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Review deliverables, challenge assumptions constructively and identify opportunities for additional value.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong client‑facing experience in consulting, marketing or communications.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to quickly grasp diverse industries and challenges.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive, curious and solution‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level).
