About the role
The Communication Assistant Trainee will support BNP Paribas Portugal’s internal and external communication activities. Working closely with the communications team, you will help manage channels, create content, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage associates' registrations and maintain the mailing list.
- Oversee the mailbox and respond to routine inquiries.
- Create and update protocol webpages.
- Assist in preparing institutional presentations and communicating new initiatives.
- Publish and monitor content across email, the corporate website, Instagram, and Facebook Group.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Team‑player with proactive attitude.
