Commercial Creative – Branded Content, Events & Activations

About the role

Time Out Portugal is seeking a Commercial Creative to join its Lisbon commercial team. The role blends creative concept development with end‑to‑end sales responsibilities, helping national and international brands bring branded content, events and activations to life across Time Out’s media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and commercial proposals for brands, responding to briefs or initiating ideas.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Combine Time Out’s assets – digital, social, print, events and Time Out Market – into integrated proposals.
• Present and defend ideas to marketing directors and agencies.
• Oversee delivery of sold projects to ensure promised quality.
• Identify trends, formats and new business opportunities in media and experience markets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial, marketing, media or events roles.
• Strong understanding of content as the core of a media brand and ability to monetize it responsibly.
• Proactive and resilient attitude with comfort meeting commercial targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese advertising market or agency experience is a plus.
