Collections Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

The Collections Specialist supports Kantar’s financial health by managing third‑party collections, analysing customer accounts and providing insights that protect cash flow and compliance. You will work at the intersection of finance, data and stakeholder management, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against service levels and policies.
• Analyse ageing reports, customer accounts and performance indicators to spot risks and trends.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide accurate data and insights for risk assessment, provisioning and audit processes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in credit control, collections or risk‑management processes.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail when working with financial data.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English.
• Fluent in both French and English.
