Collections Specialist – French speaker

About the role

The Collections Specialist supports Kantar's financial health by managing customer accounts, identifying risks early, and ensuring smooth collections processes across markets. Working within the Functions division, you will collaborate with internal teams and third‑party partners to protect cash flow and enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against service levels and policies.
• Analyse customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to spot risks and trends.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide accurate data and insights for risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

Required profile

• A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in credit control, collections or risk management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail when working with financial data.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French and English.
