Collections Specialist - French speaker

About the role

The Collections Specialist supports the Collections Manager in ensuring that Kantar’s customer accounts are managed efficiently, risks are identified early, and collections processes run smoothly. This position sits at the intersection of finance, data analysis, and stakeholder management, contributing directly to cash flow and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against agreed service levels and policies.
• Analyse customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

Required profile

• A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in credit control, collections or risk‑management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English.
• Fluent in French and English.
