Client Operations Delivery Manager

About the role

The Client Operations Delivery Manager leads the end‑to‑end fulfillment ecosystem for Cisco’s Demo Loan Services (DLS). You will ensure seamless equipment delivery, drive process efficiencies and maintain high‑quality stakeholder experiences across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the global DLS fulfillment ecosystem, guaranteeing precise equipment delivery for critical sales cycles.
• Govern third‑party provider networks by enforcing contractual KPIs and operational standards.
• Identify, design and implement scalable process improvements to optimise cost‑control and operational efficiency.
• Manage service‑related expenditures in line with Cisco’s financial and compliance policies.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to modernise distribution models and automate commerce processes.
• Enable self‑serve options and training for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, uncover patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to resolve issues and maintain data quality.
• Develop new business processes and adapt tools to support organisational change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline transactions and improve the overall customer experience.
• Lead engagement with strategic vendors, driving performance management and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client operations, commerce processes, or global fulfillment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, remove friction and enhance customer experience.
• Familiarity with financial and compliance policies governing service expenditures.
