About the role
The company is looking for a full-time butcher to work at its Amigo store located in Plaza Guaynabo. The position involves preparing and cutting meat for customers in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and portion various types of meat according to quality standards.
- Operate meat‑cutting saws and other equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide service‑oriented advice.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and display areas are well‑presented.
Required profile
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Previous experience in meat cutting and saw handling.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a practical meat‑cutting test.
