About the role
The Career Development Coordinator supports BCG France’s consulting talent by managing career committee processes and ensuring smooth administration of promotions, probation reviews and other development activities. You will act as a central point of contact for advisors, evaluators and consultants, helping them navigate the career management tools and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update tracking files for the consulting cohort under your responsibility.
- Organise career committee calendars, schedule meetings and define the annual committee timetable.
- Monitor file progress and evaluations within the management tool, answering queries from advisees, advisors and evaluators.
- Share committee outcomes with the HR team, update HR databases and reporting dashboards.
- Record promotions and nominations in the management system.
- Participate in additional HR‑related projects as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support function role.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Required skills
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
