About the role

Join Konecta’s dynamic BPO team as a Call Center Sales Agent focused on the Valencian market. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
• Present products and services clearly and effectively.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver an excellent experience.
• Follow established sales processes and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Valencian.
• Good level of English.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call‑center environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and resilient.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
