Call Center Agent Inbound Dutch (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls with care and attentiveness.
• Summarize key details in a call log and forward them to the appropriate client.

Required profile

• Native-level spoken and written Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to adapt to different work processes and proficient PC usage.
• Very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
• Willingness to move to Portugal or already residing there.
