Business Travel Consultant (French) – Hybrid

About the role

Navan is looking for a French‑speaking Business Travel Consultant to join its Travel Experience team. Working in a hybrid setting, you will assist travelers across Portugal (or remotely) by handling bookings, providing support, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver travel support via chat, phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
• Manage hotel, flight, car and rail reservations using GDS platforms.
• Stay updated on suppliers, destinations and internal systems.
• Guide customers through self‑service options on the Navan platform and app.
• Provide feedback to product, design and engineering teams.
• Participate in team meetings and keep abreast of industry best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a travel consultant handling air, rail and hotel bookings.
• Minimum 3 years using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Background in contact‑center or customer‑facing roles.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 7 am‑11 pm.
