Business Services Specialist – Global Business Services Center

About the role

The Business Services Specialist supports Bruker’s Global Business Services Center in Porto by coordinating a range of internal services that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, compliance and record keeping.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, support employees with travel issues and ensure expense compliance.
• Manage office facilities operations such as maintenance, space planning, equipment provisioning and vendor relationships for cleaning, security and utilities.
• Assist tender and procurement processes by preparing RFPs/RFQs, tracking submissions and liaising with procurement and legal teams.
• Support onboarding/off‑boarding logistics, maintain office supplies inventory and help organise employee events and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
• Experience with fleet tracking and travel booking platforms.
• Good understanding of SAP and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of office and facilities dynamics and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vendors and prioritize tasks.
