Business Operations Analyst II

About the role

The Business Operations Analyst II will work onsite at an HPE office, supporting the planning, scheduling and coordination of demand‑and‑supply activities across the company’s product and service portfolio. The role focuses on short‑term forecasting (up to six months) and helps translate business strategies into executable supply‑chain plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans, validating forecasts against transition targets.
• Coordinate order management processes, including allocation, Available‑to‑Promise (ATP) and commitment tracking.
• Manage logistics activities such as inbound/outbound shipment coordination and consolidation for domestic and international deliveries.
• Analyze inventory levels, optimize stock velocity and support lifecycle planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define, track and report key business metrics (customer availability, on‑time delivery, supply‑chain cost, inventory turnover).
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and adapt to regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Intermediate (mid‑level) subject‑matter knowledge in supply‑chain and business operations.
• Proven ability to solve moderately complex problems and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with independent judgment within defined guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
