Senior Supply Chain Manager – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

About the role

This hybrid position (average two days per week onsite) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focuses on planning, scheduling and coordinating demand‑supply activities across a global footprint. You will lead cross‑functional teams to improve processes, manage costs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Leads complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations and sales‑and‑operations planning.
• Identifies and drives process improvement initiatives, delivering recommendations to senior management.
• Executes demand‑supply matching, connects planning to execution and resolves issues impacting the supply chain.
• Partners with global business units and supply bases to generate demand signals and maintain regional and global planning teams.
• Defines and reviews performance metrics, initiating corrective actions to meet financial and market‑share goals.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) with 6‑10 years of supply‑chain experience across multiple functions.
• Broker’s license or 6‑10 years experience in customs/global trade.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in multiple geographies and mentor junior staff.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of supply‑chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver) and tools such as MRP, ATP and master scheduling.
• Expertise in national and international trade compliance, customs regulations and trade‑compliance program management.
• Strong analytical capabilities using advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Project‑management and cross‑functional team leadership skills.
• Inventory modelling, analysis and velocity optimization.
