Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead complex supply chain processes, coordinate demand and supply planning, and ensure compliance with trade regulations. This role partners with global business units to drive process improvements and achieve financial and market share goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a broad range of supply chain processes, including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales & operations planning (SOP).
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Execute complex demand‑supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and assess issue impacts.
• Prioritize backlog in cross‑functional teams and partner with global business units to generate demand signals.
• Lead regional and global planning teams, maintain and enhance business processes, and define performance metrics.
• Contribute creative insights to priority projects and communicate requirements to planning teams.
• Mentor junior staff, establish mentorship guidelines, and manage a regulatory trade‑compliance program.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 6‑10 years of experience in supply chain functions, covering multiple areas.
• Experience in customs/global trade and a broker’s license (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical abilities using statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Project‑management expertise across multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available to Promise (ATP) and master scheduling.
• Expertise in national and international trade requirements and trade‑compliance programs.
• Inventory modelling and analysis capabilities.
• Leadership, team‑building and conflict‑resolution skills.
