Business Development Representative

About the role

Outsite, a global coliving provider for remote workers, is expanding its B2B offering called Outsite for Teams. As a Business Development Representative you will own the outbound sales process, targeting remote‑first and hybrid companies, and help them access Outsite’s network of coliving and coworking spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain target lists of remote‑first and hybrid organisations.
• Source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Wellfound/AngelList, Crunchbase, remote job boards and Outsite’s member database.
• Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone calls.
• Engage local companies near Outsite locations to sell business‑travel and corporate‑stay packages.
• Develop partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators for referral and bundled‑stay opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Keep the CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot) up‑to‑date and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.

Required profile

• 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (SDR/BDR background a plus).
• Confident, consultative communicator with strong written skills.
• Self‑starter who has built a pipeline from scratch.
• Comfortable working European‑timezone hours.

What we offer

• Base salary $45,000‑$50,000 USD plus commission.
• Credits for stays at Outsite locations.
