Business Development Manager

About the role

Worldline is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its international team focused on payments technology. You will work with top brands in video‑gaming, content streaming, social networks and other sectors, helping large enterprises adopt Worldline’s global payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and negotiate complex deals.
• Identify, approach, and engage prospective enterprise customers.
• Sell Worldline Global Payment Solutions to large, global corporations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Partnerships and other functions to close deals.
• Respond to comprehensive RFP/RFI processes.

Required profile

• Big‑thinker with a passion for change and a can‑do attitude.
• Proven ability to develop a diversified pipeline using ABM targets.
• Consistently generate revenue in line with individual targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, and financial‑services products in the digital e‑commerce industry.
• Experience with repeatable sales methodologies and strong business acumen.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize shifting workloads effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
