Business Development Executive – Relocate to Malta, €35k‑€50k OTE

About the role

We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our fast‑scaling commercial team in Malta. This is a transition opportunity for professionals from freight forwarding, logistics or transport sales who want to move into higher‑value sectors such as finance, legal services and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across international markets.
• Engage senior decision‑makers and conduct cold outreach and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain long‑term commercial relationships with clients in finance, legal and tech sectors.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or B2B sales.
• Proven track record in new‑business development or account growth.
• Confidence in cold outreach and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• High level of English (additional European languages a plus).
• Ambition to transition into a high‑growth, international environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.
