Business Developer – Italy Restaurants & Hotels (Remote)

About the role

CentralApp is looking for a motivated Business Developer to drive growth of its SaaS platform among restaurants and hotels in Italy. Working remotely, you will be the face of the company for Italian hospitality businesses, using video calls and occasional in‑person meetings to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new restaurant and hotel clients across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, events).
• Present the CentralApp platform as the essential digital tool for SMEs in hospitality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hand‑over from sales to onboarding.
• Maintain active communication with partners and attend local field events.
• Collect market feedback and help adapt the product to Italian client needs.

Required profile

• Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality sector and up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local business challenges and a drive to support entrepreneurs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and comfortable using any communication channel.
• Native Italian speaker with a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or SaaS sales to local businesses is advantageous.
