Business Developer – French‑Speaking Markets

About the role

ChemiTek Solar is seeking a Business Developer to expand its presence in French‑speaking markets. Based in Esposende, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales of sustainable chemical solutions for solar, glass, automotive and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and convert leads in French‑speaking regions, focusing on solar cleaning companies, O&M firms and asset managers.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitors and uncover new business opportunities.
• Present and tailor ChemiTek Solar’s product portfolio to prospects and existing customers.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sale support, including training for new clients and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate information flow between internal teams and external partners.
• Travel internationally, especially to France, to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Native or fluent French and fluent Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Proven ability to adapt communication to diverse client profiles, from technicians to asset managers.
• Self‑driven, proactive and resilient.
