Business Designer / Product Owner (Lisbon or Remote Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Designer/Product Owner with a strong technical background to join our international team. The position can be based in Lisbon, Portugal or performed remotely from any European country. You will help shape digital transformation projects across FMCG, digital and e‑commerce domains.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements, create processes and wireframes.
• Ensure solutions meet customer and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development, UI/UX, and IT teams.
• Oversee end‑to‑end test plans and validate consumer journeys.
• Manage risks and issues to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and represent key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Quickly grasps and simplifies complex technical concepts.
• Communicates clearly with diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and flexible approach.
• Uses data effectively to support recommendations.
• Experience in FMCG, digital or e‑commerce organisations.

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong business analysis and requirement definition.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Scrum and Kanban project‑management techniques.
• Experience with ITSM/work‑management systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with product‑management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Basic data analysis and software development knowledge.
