Business Copywriter – B2B Growth

About the role

Revolut is looking for a B2B Growth Copywriter to craft compelling, data‑driven copy for its Business product line. You will create advertising and performance‑marketing messages that resonate across multiple markets and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread copy for performance‑marketing channels, including social, Google, OOH, and digital OOH ads.
• Develop clear narratives that showcase Revolut Business features and benefits.
• Produce messaging for every stage of the funnel – top, middle, and bottom – while adhering to style guides and market‑specific tone.
• Collaborate with Business Marketing, Design, Legal, and Localization teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Review longer‑form assets such as scripts, e‑books, landing pages, and brochures.

Required profile

• Fluent English with exceptional writing, speaking, and editing abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation.
• Proven track record of producing high‑volume, conversion‑focused copy for multiple markets.
• Self‑starter mindset, able to manage workload, priorities, and tight deadlines independently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with legal and localization teams.
